Liquidation of a company
Liquidation is a procedure that is carried out in connection with the termination of the Legal Entity in order to liquidate its property due to its termination as a legal entity. Liquidators are appointed to deal with the company’s affairs during the liquidation.
The minimum term for the liquidation procedure is 6 months, and during the term, the trader is obliged to settle all his obligations to third parties.
