Brain Storm Consult (BSCis a data controller pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and for repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the Personal Data Protection Act.

Upon processing of personal data, BSC abides by the principles established in the General Regulation with regard to data protection: lawfulness, good faith and transparency; restriction of purposes; reducing the data to minimum; accuracy; restriction of storage; integrity, confidentiality and accountability.

Within the present General terms and conditions, the terms listed below, shall have the following meaning:

BSC processes personal data which could be obtained directly from the data subject or from a third party.

BSC may process different types of data, depending on the purpose of processing, such as:

  • identifiable data (e.g. full name, personal identification number);
  • contact data in order to establish contacts with the data subjects (e.g. telephone number, e-mail, postal address);
  • personal data provided by data controllers in the cases stipulated in the law;
  • video surveillance records, where applicable.

BSC shall be entitled to collect and process information about its Users.
